普伐他汀对慢性肺源性心脏病患者右心功能的影响

摘要

Objective:To explore the influence of right heart function on patients with chronic cor pulmonale treated by pravastatin. Method: 64 patients with chronic cor pulmonale were randomly divided into control group (n=32) and research group (n=32) from Aug 2012 to Dec 2013 treated by conventional therapy and combined with pravastatin respectively. The heart function was compared after treatment between the two groups. Results:The VE,VA,VA/VE, PASP,PEP,RVET,PEP/RVET,right ventricular outflow tract inside diameter, right ventricle diameter and right pulmonary artery diameter in research group were significantly better than those in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). Conclusion:It may improve the right heart function on patient with chronic cor pulmonale treated by conventional therapy and combined with pravastatin.%目的：探讨普伐他汀对慢性肺源性心脏病右心功能的影响。方法：将我院2012年8月至2013年12月收治的64例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为对照组（n＝32）和研究组（n＝32）分别按常规治疗和联合普伐他汀治疗，比较两组治疗后的心功能。结果：治疗组治疗后VE、VA、VA／VE、PASP、PEP、RVET、PEP／RVET、右室流出道内径、右心室内径、右肺动脉内径均明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：在常规治疗的基础上联合普伐他汀可明显改善慢性肺源性心脏病患者的右心功能。
