基于Moldflow的输液瓶胚注塑成型过程数值模拟

         

摘要

Three-dimentional finite element model of a 250 mL infusion bottle embryo injection molding was established by plastic flow theory, and the forming process was simulated numerically by using Moldflow software. The filling position of the molten plastic in the flow path was probed. The distribution diagram of filling time, pressure, the flow front temperature and cavitations were analyzed. And the pressure versus time graph at the gate was obtained. It provides the theoretical reference for improving perform molding quality, optimizing mold structure and confirming the process parameter.%文章以某250 mL输液瓶胚作为研究对象,基于塑料流动理论,建立了该输液瓶胚注塑成型的三维有限元模型,并利用Moldflow软件进行了成型过程的有限元模拟.探讨了熔融塑料在流道内的充填状况,分析了填充时间、压力、流动前沿温度和气穴的分布图,得到了浇口处的压力与时间曲线图,为提高瓶胚件成型质量、优化模具结构及确定工艺参数提供了理论参考.
