电解电容器负(阴)极用铝箔的制造技术

摘要

讨论了铝电解电容中负(阴)极用铝箔制造技术的基本原理.现在国内应用的负极用铝箔合金有两个系，即Al-Cu和Al-Mn合金.Al-Cu合金的牌号为2301(8A01)H19 (北京伟豪铝业公司生产)，Al-Mn合金的牌号为3003-1(H18)，由日本三菱公司生产.两种负极用铝箔的质量水平相当，静电容量在450～600μF/cm2.这两种材料都是很好的腐蚀材料.%The manufacturing principleof technique for cathode in aluminium electrolytic capacitor is chiefly rndiscussed. The designationof Al-Cu alloy is 2301(8A01)(H19), which made in Beijing Weihao Aluminium Co. in China. The designation of Al-Mn alloy is 3003-1(H18), which made in Mitsubishi Co. in Japan.Two kinds of aluminium foil for cathode are almost same in quality of etching foil. Capacity is 450 ～600μF/cm2. Thus,these two kinds of aluminium foil are very ideal corrosion material.
