PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitor having excellent electrostatic capacitance by enhancing rough surfaced rate of an aluminum foil.SOLUTION: There is provided an aluminum foil for electrolytic capacitor having a composition containing, by mass ratio, Si:5 to 30 ppm, Fe:5 to 30 ppm, Cu:30 to 70 ppm, Ti:0.1 to 2 ppm, B:0.1 to 10 ppm, REM:0.1 to 1 ppm and the balance 99.9% or more of Al and inevitable impurities, and in this composition, contents of B and Ti satisfy the following formula when Ti content is 1.0 ppm≤[Ti]≤2.0 ppm. 2.214[B]≥[Ti] (Formula).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
