非发酵豆制品中合成着色剂测定方法的研究

摘要

建立了非发酵豆制品中合成着色剂测得的高效液相色谱法。用无水乙醇-氨水（2ml浓氨水稀释至100m1）-水（70：20：10）提取合成着色剂，采用AgilentEclipseXDB—C18（4．6ram×150mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-0．02m0儿乙酸铵，梯度洗脱，流速为1．0ml／min，柱温：35℃，检测波长：254nm。在此色谱条件下进行检测，结果表明，两种合成着色剂，方法回收率均为90％以上，方法最低检出限均为0．02mg／kg。该方法可有效检测非发酵豆制品中合成着色剂含量。%Establish a method to determination of synthetic colorants in non-fermentedbean products by HPLC. extraction of synthetic colorants with Anhydrous ethanol - ammonia.Use Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6mm ×150mm, 5 μ m ) ; Mobile phase: methanol-0.02mol / L ammonium acetate; Gradient elution with a flow rate of 1.0ml/min, column temperature: 35℃, detection wavelength: 254nm.
