论公共图书馆读者的法律地位

摘要

公共图书馆读者与图书馆是一种形式上平等，实质上不平等的法律关系，其法律地位和合法权益尚需立法予以确认和保障。%It’s a law relationship equal in the form but unequal in the nature between the public library and readers. Its law position and legal rights is still in the need of laws to assure and afifrm.
