学术不对称与高校图书馆学科馆员制度的建构

         

摘要

目前,在高校图书馆推行的学科馆员制度中,学科馆员与所服务的学科对象存在学术不对称现象,造成学科服务能力难以适应学科的发展需要。在学术不对称的背景下,通过按照学科的要求引进人才、培养馆员、团队服务和绩效考评等机制,建构高校图书馆学科馆员制度,提升学科馆员的学术水平及其服务能力,推动学科发展,并逐渐使学术不对称的现状得到改善。%The subject librarian system lead the new trend of University Library Service in China. Some colleges and universities have implemented this system. In some universities, this system is being performed rather successfully and has promoted the academic development. Yet in the other similar universities, its effect on academics is not obvious. The reasons for this problem are manifold. The main reason is that the phenomenon of academic asymmetry between the subject librarian and his/her academic service objects which causes his/her capacity of subject service can not meet the need of academic development widely exists. Under the background of academic asymmetry, we need to promote the subject librarians’ academic potential and service ability, improve the level of academic development and gradually change the academic asymmetric situation. So we should take some measures such as introducing high-leveled research talents, training good-quality librarians, performing team service and setting up performance evaluation mechanism to establish the subject librarian system in the University Libraries.
