文章首先概述多种技术将推动图书馆的发展;接着探讨知识中心、学习中心、文化中心是高校图书馆未来发展中应不断深化的三大功能,重点是资源建设与服务,纸质资源、数字资源、空间资源是文化中心、学习中心的基础.在文献资源建设上,纸质资源建设是根本,要特别重视发展特藏资源,探索古籍保护的理论和技术;在空间资源建设上,要注重多样化特色,要更加切合用户的需要;在图书馆服务上,应该向精细化方向发展,更多地深入到末端、终端服务,要大力开展阅读推广.%This paper outlines the development of academic libraries prompted by new technologies,and explores their functions as knowledge center,learning center and culture center which will be the new developing trend of academic libraries. As a knowledge center, collection development is the key point, both printed and digital resources are crucial for academic libraries, as well as the special collection development. Furthermore, the development of academic libraries is also limited by space resource,thus many libraries create spaces with their own features. As a learning center,libraries should arouse readers'interest and try their best to attract readers to attend the libraries through diversified reading promotion activities. Libraries should also provide refined and custom services.
