3种不同嫁接方法对黄瓜品种‘康利19’感官评价与营养品质的影响

摘要

In the paper,aking the same pumpkin rootstocks as materials,we studied the effects of three grafting methods on the sensory evaluation and fruit quality cucumber cultivars Kangli 19.The results showed that:Though testing for the quality of cucumber,the grafted cucumber method did better on improving the fruit qual-ity cultivars than the non-grafted plants.the double root cutting close-joining method did better on improving the fruit quality than the other two grafting methods,the method was suitable for popularization and application in cucumber production.%采用相同的南瓜砧木为试材，比较了3种嫁接方式对黄瓜品种‘康利19’的感官及果实品质的影响。结果表明：通过对黄瓜品质的测定，在改善黄瓜果实品质方面嫁接黄瓜果实优于自根黄瓜果实，双断根嫁接果实品质优于其它两种嫁接方式果实品质，该嫁接方法适合在生产中推广应用。
