二次回归正交优化超声波提取紫薇花色素及其抗氧化性的研究

             

摘要

The ultrasonic-assisted extraction c onditions of pigment from Lagerstroemia indica flowers were optimized with Quadratic regression orthogonal experimental design and the antioxidant activity of the extracts were studied. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows, ethanol concentration of 48.7%, ultrasonic time of 19min, ultrasonic temperature of 51℃, ultrasonic power was 400W, solid to liquid ratio was 1.0:34.9 (g/mL), in which process parameters, the determination of Lagerstroemia indica flowers mean absorbance of 0.6404 in the absorption wavelength of 576.1nm, and the predictive value and experimental value error was showed 0.3%. The total antioxidant activity of pigment from Lagerstroemia indica flowers increased with the increase of addition amount, and clearance rates of hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion over 50%, can remove hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion compared with the Vc showed better antioxidation activity.%以紫薇花为原料,用乙醇作为提取剂,利用二次回归正交法对紫薇花色素的提取工艺条件进行优化,并对提取物进行抗氧化性分析.结果表明,乙醇体积分数为48.7%、超声时间为19 min、超声温度51℃、超声功率为400 W、料液比为1.0:34.9(g/mL),在此工艺参数条件下,在吸收波长为576.1 nm处测定紫薇花的平均吸光度为0.6404,预测值与实验值误差为0.3%.紫薇花色素总的抗氧化性随着色素加入量的增加而增强,且对羟基自由基及超氧阴离子的清除率均超过50%,能有效清除羟基自由基和超氧阴离子.与Vc对照有较好的抗氧化性.
