闭环控制高精度红外探测器偏压控制系统

     

摘要

偏置电压对于非制冷红外成像系统起着关键作用,新一代红外焦平面阵列读出电路结构要求精度更高、可调范围更大、更加稳定的偏置电压.从电压的产生原理入手,设计了单片机控制数字电位器、运算放大器产生偏压及引入ADC器件TLV2544的闭环反馈自动控制系统结构,结合开发的电脑界面控制窗口更加方便控制偏压的输出.通过实际测试,该系统4个偏压输出范围0~5.5 V,精度达到0.001 V,具有高精度、高稳定性、调节快速、集成度高等优点.%Bias voltage plays a key role in uncooled infrared imaging system. With the birth of the new generation of Infrared focal plane array readout circuit, higher precision, larger adjustable range, more stable bias voltage is required. The principle of bias voltage circuit is introduced at first. The structure of digital potentiometers, operational amplifier controlled by MCU, bias voltage generator,ADC device TLV2544 are introduced to achieve the closed-loop feedback automatic control function. Combined with the computer software, precise adjustment is more convenient. Through testing,four bias voltage outputs range from 0 V to 5.5 V. Accuracy is better than 0.001 V. The system has the features of high stability, quick adjustment and high integration etc, and all performances achieve the desired results.
