肾小球滤过率评估方程在不同人群中的适用性

摘要

目前基于普通人群所开发的通用估算肾小球滤过率（ eGFR）评估公式在临床广泛使用，但某些特定人群由于其自身特点的影响，其eGFR评估公式亦会与普通人群有所不同。文章就eGFR评估公式的发展过程及在不同人群中的适用性作一综述，主要包括中国人群、儿童、糖尿病患者、心力衰竭患者、老年人。在临床研究及应用中应需注意肌酐与半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂 C检测方法的标准化以及eGFR评估公式的差异化和本土化使用。%Today, estimated glomerular filtration rate ( eGFR) equations based on general population are widely used, however , some equations fail to provide the same performance in certain population because of different features . This review aims to discuss the development and comparative performance of eGFR equations in different populations , including Chinese , children, patients with diabetes mellitus , patients with heart failure and elderly .We suggest that it should pay attention to the standardization of creatinine and cystatin C ( Cys C) determinations and the differentiation and localization of eGFR equations in clinical study and application .
