广西本科毕业生就业压力对手机成瘾的影响:心理韧性的中介作用和恋爱的调节作用

摘要

考察本科毕业生心理韧性和恋爱在就业压力与手机成瘾间的中介效应和调节效应,为减少本科毕业生手机成瘾行为提供参考.采用就业压力问卷、心理韧性问卷和手机成瘾问卷对广西5所高校492名本科毕业生进行调查.结果显示:就业压力在不同学科、恋爱状况和就业状况上存在显著差异,不同就业状况毕业生的心理韧性存在显著差异,手机成瘾在不同人口学变量上均无显著差异.就业压力与心理韧性(r = -0.437,p ＜0.001)显著负相关,与手机成瘾(r=0.452,p ＜0.001)显著正相关;心理韧性与手机成瘾(r= -0.347,p ＜0.001)显著负相关.心理韧性在就业压力和手机成瘾之间起部分中介效应,中介效应值为0.075,中介效应占总效应的比率为17.56％,恋爱调节就业压力和手机成瘾之间的关系.心理韧性和恋爱对减少本科毕业生的手机成瘾行为有重要的作用.%To explore the mediation and moderation effects of resilien and loving in the relation-ship between employment pressure and mobile phone addiction of university graduates students,and to provide a reference for reducing the mobile phone addiction behavior of undergraduate students.Employment pressure scale,connor-davidson resilience scale and mobile phone addiction scale were used to measure 492university graduates of Guangxi.romantic relationships and employment situation have significant effects on employment pressure,employment situation have significant impact on resilience, while different demographic variables have no significant impact on mobile phone addiction.Employment pressure was negatively related to resilience(r = -0.437,p ＜0.001),while it was positively related to mobile phone addiction(r=0.452, p ＜0.001);resilience was negatively related to mobile phone addiction(r = -0.347,p ＜0.001).Resilien plays a partial mediating role between employment pressure and phone addiction.The mediating effect is 0.075,the mediating effect rate is 17.56％,and loving was a moderator of the relationship between employment pressure and mobile phone addiction.Resilien and loving play an important role in reducing the mobile addiction behavior of undergraduate students.
