海外高层次人才与高校核心竞争力关系研究

         

摘要

高校的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,海外高层次人才作为高校教师队伍的重要组成部分,对高校的发展具有举足轻重的作用。海外高层次人才的引进不仅能快速扩充师资队伍、改善师资结构、建立科研团队、提升学术能力、扩展学术网络、增加科研产出、增强学校影响力,更能为学校引入新的教育理念与方法,以及丰富的科研资源与研究经验。因此,高校应通过相应的策略引进和留住海外高层次人才,从而提升自身的核心竞争力,在国际国内的高校竞争中立于不败之地。%The competition of higher education is the competition of talents. The high - level overseas talents, an important component of faculties in higher education, play a significant role in the development of higher education. The invitation of the high - level overseas talents could not only enlarge the faculty team, improve the faculty structure, establish scientific teams, improve academic level, expand academic networks, increase scientific output and improve the influence of the university, but also bring new philosophy of education, enrich the scientific recourses and research experience for the university. Therefore, universities should try to invite and retain high - level overseas talents to increase their core competence which would help them win in the domestic and international competition of higher education.
