高职大学生自我管理能力培养模型研究

摘要

高职大学生的自我管理能力，是指为了实现高等职业教育的人才培养目标，并同时满足社会日益发展对个人能力的综合要求，充分调动高等职业院校在校大学生自身的主观能动性与卓有成效地利用和整合其自身所拥有的内外部资源，而进行的一系列行为活动，主要有自我认知、自我组织、自我控制和自我监督四个组成部分。根据对中州大学四个专业370个学生的问卷调研和访谈，总结高职大学生自我管理能力现状，结合高职高专人才培养的要求，构建高职大学生自我管理能力培养模型。本文构建的系统模型主要有四个体系构成，分别是战略体系、素质体系、职能体系和评价体系，在教育实践中运用该模型，可有效调控高职大学生的学习与发展。%According to the questionnaires and interviews for 370 students from four majors in Zhongzhou uni-versity,this paper summarizes the present situation of higher vocational college students’self -management abili-ty.Then,combined with the requirements of talent cultivation of higher vocational college,this paper proposes the training model of self -management ability.This model is composed of four systems:strategy system,quality sys-tem,function system and evaluation system.In the practice of education,the model can effectively control the learning and development of higher vocational college students.
