Aim : To investigate the expression of SOX7 mRNA in parimay hepatocellular carcinoma ( HCC ) tissue. MethodS:The expression level of SOX7 mRNA in 7 hepatocarcinoma cell lines( HepG2,SNU449,SNU182 ,SMMC-7721, HUH-7 ,PLC-PRF-5 and Hep3B) ,40 cases of HCC and the matched adjacent normal hepatic tissue was detected using Real-time PCR assay. Results: The expression level of SOX7 mRNA in 7 HCC cell lines was low. The expression level of SOX7 mRNA was (1. 189 ± 1. 213 ) in HCC tissue, significantly lower than (1.821 ±1.718) in the normal tissue (t = 2. 040, P =0.048). The SOX7 mRNA expression level was associated with the clinical stage(Z = 2. 158,P = 0.031) of HCC patients. Conclusion: Down-regulation of SOX7 expression may be involved in carcinogenesis and development of HCC.%目的:探讨原发性肝癌(HCC)组织中SOX7 mRNA的表达及意义.方法:应用实时荧光定量PCR检测SOX7 mRNA在7种肝癌细胞系(HepG2、SNU449、SNU182、SMMC-7721、HUH-7、PLC-PRF-5及Hep3B)和40例HCC及其配对癌旁正常肝组织中的表达.结果:肝癌细胞系中SOX7 mRNA低表达或者不表达.HCC组织中SOX7 mR-NA表达水平为(1.189±1.213),正常肝组织中为(1.821±1.718),HCC组织中的表达水平较正常肝组织降低(t=2.040.P:0.048).SOX7 mRNA的表达与HCC患者的临床分期有关(Z=2.158,P:0.031).结论:SOX7 mRNA 表达下调与HCC的发生发展有关.
