高职学生心理健康问题及对策探讨

摘要

The performances of psychological health problems of higher vocational students show in various re-spects, such as study, affection, employment, interpersonal relationship and social recognition. According to the psychological health status of college students, comprehensive countermeasures should be taken, including ideolog-ical education, establishment of early warning mechanism, enhancement of teaching staff, improvement of psycholog-ical consultation service, and the construction of harmonious campus culture.%高职学生的心理健康问题表现在学习方面、情感方面、就业方面、人际关系方面及社会认可度方面。根据高职学生的心理健康问题现状，采取重视思想教育工作、建立预警处理机制、加强师资队伍建设、提高心理咨询服务、建设和谐校园文化等应对策略。
