浅议如何提高高等职业教育质量

摘要

After years of rapid development, the higher vocational education has greatly improved the quality of labor force and trained a large number of skilled talents for industry.However, whether these people can promote the productivity is largely determined by the quality of higher vocational education.This paper explores the factors which affect the quality of vocational education, and puts forward suggestions and methods to solve the problems, hoping to be helpful for the improving of higher vocational education.%经过多年的高速发展，高等职业教育优化了体系结构，极大程度上提高了劳动者素质，为产业发展培养和储备了一大批技能型人才。这些人才能否在工作岗位上推动生产力的发展，很大程度上是由高等职业教育的质量决定的。从实际出发找出影响高等职业教育质量的因素，真正做到加大对职业院校的扶持力度，提高社会的认同感；加强职业教育的内涵建设，创新培养模式；加强职业教育课程标准建设；整合区域高等职业教育资源；社会对高等职业教育质量进行认证。以此提高高等职业教育质量，提升职业教育水平。
