明嘉靖至万历时期治黄方略初探

摘要

In late Ming Dynasty , the Yellow River invaded the Huaihe River into the sea .The Yellow River run cross the Grand Canal , and flowed into the Huaihe River at Hongze Lake , borrowing the watercourse of the Grand Canal from Qingk-ou to Xuzhou.Therefore, the harnessing of the Yellow River aims at retaining the transportation .The general harnessing plan for the Yellow River in the Ming Dynasty was mainly concentrated to the lower reach of the Yellow River .The major renovation plans for the Yellow River included embankment , dredging , reinforcement , diversion and flood storage , which were practiced into the harnessing of the Yellow River at that time and achieved some results .%明中后期黄河夺淮而入海，黄河与运河交臂，自洪泽湖入淮口清口到徐州一段运河借用的为黄河河道，因而治黄即为保运，明代治黄的重点也就主要集中在了黄河的下游河段，而此段又为重中之重，各种治黄方略也主要针对此段河道提出。其中主要治黄方略包括筑堤说、挑浚说、故道说、分疏说、“束水攻沙”说、蓄洪说等。这些治黄思想在当时用于治黄实践，收到了一定效果。
