First Research About Ways and Approaches of Strengthening Thought Politics Education in the New Period of the Physical Educational Teaching

With the development of the change of domestic and international environment and university education, thought politics education is regarded as "lifeline" of all the work. College sport is a required course in the first and second grade and teaching system has a long time continuity. Sport teaching can not only improve student's physical and mental health, but also is a better platform to strengthen their ideological and political education. Fully exploit the teaching content of the ideological connotation and realize the teaching process of the educational target in the teaching process is one of the effective ways and the approaches about strengthening and improving college students' ideological and political education work.
