Due to the adoption of the categorization strategy, the animation industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy in Japan. Popular “Japanese animation” wrapped in Japanese culture and values has a strong influence on the Japan as well as other countries. While China's animation industry is still facing difficulties, the concept of higher animation education is still lagging behind. This paper analyzed the evolution of the concept of categorization from the perspective of typology , the type of Japanese animation and the type of the domestic animation. The social function path of animation art was discussed. We put forward the type of development strategy on the animation industry strategy , animation classification and animation education.%类型化发展战略使动漫产业成为日本国民经济的支柱产业。广受欢迎的“日系动漫”包裹着日本文化和价值观，对日本国内、外产生了强大的影响力；而中国动漫产业发展仍然面临困局，高等动漫教育理念仍然滞后。文章从类型化视角分析了类型化概念的演进，日系动漫的类型化和国产动漫的类型化基础，讨论了类型化对发挥动漫艺术社会功能作用的路径，提出了动漫产业战略、动漫分级和动漫教育类型化的发展策略。
