泽泻指纹图谱研究

摘要

To develop a HPLC method of the chromatographic fingerprint of Alisma orientalis for quality control. The HPLC chromatographic profiles were determined on the Zorbax Extend-C18 Column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) eluted with the mobile phases of water and acetonitrile in gradient mode. The HPLC chromatographic fingerprint with 25 common peaks was established from 11 lots of A. orientalis. Six peaks were identified as alisol F, 24-acetyl alisol F, 23-acetyl alisol E, 24-acetyl alisol A, 25-dehydroxy alisol A and 11-deoxyalisol A. The HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable, feasible for the quality control of A. orientalis and the preparations.%建立泽泻饮片的高效液相指纹图谱,研究不同购买地泽泻饮片的质量,为科学评价及有效控制其质量提供参考.使用Zorbax Extend-C18 (250 mm×4.6mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水为流动相采用梯度洗脱法进行色谱分离.11批样品得到的色谱指纹图谱有25个共有峰,其中3,5,6,8,10,12号峰分别被鉴定为泽泻醇F,24-乙酰泽泻醇F,23-乙酰泽泻醇E,24-乙酰泽泻醇A,25-去羟基泽泻醇A,11-去氧泽泻醇A.首次使用泽泻中多个三萜类成分作为对照品对指纹图谱色谱峰进行指认,结果重现性好,为控制泽泻饮片的质量提供可靠的分析方法.
