丁二酸钠直接电化学合成研究

         

摘要

Maleic anhydride as raw material, the direct electrochemical synthesis of sodium succinate was studied in an alkaline solution. In our work, electrochemical reduction of maleic sodium on lead electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and other electrochemical methods,The results show that the reduction potential of maleic sodium on lead electrode is about - 1.4V and the reduction reaction is a diffusion-controlled process. Sodium succinate was synthesized with constant current electrolysis. The products were analyzed and detected using ion chromatography with gradient eluent. The current efficiency of synthesis of sodium succinate is approximately 48. 7% and the yield of sodium succinate is about 36.4%.%在碱性溶液中,以顺酐为原料,对直接电化学合成丁二酸钠进行了研究.通过循环伏安等电化学测试方法研究了顺丁烯二酸钠在铅电极上的电化学还原行为,实验结果表明:顺丁烯二酸钠在铅电极上的还原电位约为-1.4V,还原反应属于扩散控制.用恒电流电解法合成了产物,采用带梯度淋洗液的离子色谱对产物进行了分析检测,合成丁二酸钠的电流效率大约为48.7%,产率大约为36.4 %.
