连续泊位-岸桥-集卡调度模型构建及应用

             

摘要

随着港口的发展,港口码头物流资源的高效利用愈发重要.为了实现港口码头作业效率的总体最优,将集卡作业面和作业线相结合模式应用于模型构建过程,以计划期内所有到港船舶总费用最少为目标函数建立了连续泊位-岸桥-集卡调度模型.模型从系统的角度出发,将泊位分配、岸桥分配和集卡指派看作完整的作业系统,实现了泊位、岸桥和集卡的集成调度.针对此模型,进行遗传算法的设计和编程求解,并通过求解结果得到了相对最优的调度方案.数值实例验证了模型和算法的实用性和有效性.结果表明:调度方案不仅减少了作业集卡的数量,而且缓解了不同岸桥间作业量不均衡的情况.%With the development of the port,the efficiently utilizing of the port logistics resource becomes more and more important.In order to realize optimal operation efficiency,the method of combination of operation line and operation face is applied to build the model,the scheduling model of continuous berth-quay crane-trailer is established to minimize the total cost of all arrival ships during planning period.From the perspective of system,the operation processes of the berth allocation,quay crane assignment and trailers scheduling are regarded as a system,to make the integrated scheduling come true.Based on this model,the relatively optimal scheduling scheme is got by genetic algorithm calculation.Numerical experiments are conducted to verify the validity and practicality of the mode and the algorithm.T he result show s that the scheduling scheme not only reduces the amount of trailers but also alleviates the situation of unbalanced assignment among different quay cranes.
