民办本科高校应用型发展：基础、挑战与策略

摘要

Transformation of non-governmental regular universities into applied technical universities has the two objective basis of national policy and own development .However , the transformation of non-governmental institutions of higher learning is faced with many challenges such as running orientation , setting of subject specialty , curriculum system , double-quality teacher cultiva-tion, university-enterprise cooperation etc .Non-governmental regular universities should face the existing problems , clear orienta-tion to realize heterogeneous dislocation development , create applied characteristic specialties , align with professional standard to strengthen curriculum transformation , innovate the double-quality teacher training mechanism to break through the bottleneck , abide by the win-win idea, and construct the mechanism of two-way interaction between university and enterprise .%民办本科高校向应用型转型，尽管具有国家政策和自身发展两个方面的客观基础，但在办学定位、专业设置、课程体系、双师培育和校企合作等方面仍面临着诸多挑战。民办本科高校应直面既存的问题，明晰办学定位、实现错位发展，聚力打造应用型优势特色专业群，对接职业标准、强化课程应用型改造，创新双师培育机制、突破师资队伍建设瓶颈，恪守双赢理念、构建校企合作互动机制。
