高校毕业生创业行为选择的心理机制探讨——基于解释水平理论

摘要

The psychological mechanism of graduates＇ entrepreneurial behavior decision includes three stages ： the shaping of entrepreneurial cognition, the forming of entrepreneurial intention, and the deciding of entrepreneurial behavior. However, the entrepreneurial intention of graduates can not effectively predict the entrepreneurial decision. The construal level theory can explain the predict deviation. Appling the eonstrual level theory, the entrepreneurship education in higher educational institutes should enhance the students＇ en- trepreneurial ideal self, pay more attention to the building of eore values, and emphasize the result of the en- trepreneurial decision.%高校毕业生创业行为选择的心理机制包括创业认知塑造、创业意向形成和创业行为选择三个阶段。但是毕业生的创业意向并不能有效预测创业选择，解释水平理论能够解释这种预测偏差。应用解释水平理论，高校创业教育应该注重提高学生的创业理想自我、注重创业核心价值观的塑造及注重创业选择的结果。
