教育服务型高校：地方高校的理性定位

How local colleges orient their school-running is usually dependent on the reference of traditional university classification. The educational function entrusted by modem society is increasingly diverse, and the classification of education types presents diversity as well. College of service-oriented education has its own endogenous principle and mechanism, it should be based on the national conditions and sustainable development of colleges, the coordination between the mission of talent cultivation, the quality guarantee, the maximum public welfare of social service, and the educational operation mechanism. The reform should be advanced from aspects of educational concept, process, assessment and so on.%地方高校如何定位自己的办学，多以传统的学校分类参照。现代社会赋予教育的功能日趋多元，教育类型的分化也呈现多样。教育服务型高校有自身的内生机理和机制，基于国情和高校的可持续发展，人才培养的使命与质量保障、社会服务的公益最大化与教育运行的体制协调，需要从教育理念、教育流程和教育评价等方面进行改革。
