疏泄的三种含义及其支撑理论

摘要

Objective]This paper is for the theoretical formation of clear livering factors development process . [Method]Adopt the method of literature investigation, explore the meaning of liver governing smoothing and dispersing Qi. [Result]It has three meanings: Like smooth doesn't like depression;dredge(The ascending and descending of Qi);spread. The support theory behind it is:Five elements theory;The movement theory of Qi;Zhu Zhenheng ’ s theory of“Liver Governs Smoothing and Dispersing”. Relationships between three meanings and support theory is:With five elements theory explaining the function of the liver governing smoothing and dispersing Qi ,it eventual y uses the movement theory of Qi; With Zhu Zhenheng ’s theory of“Liver Governs Smoothing and Dispersing”, explain the function of the liver governing smoothing and dispersing Qi is different from the the movement theory of Qi. [Conclusion]Liver governing smoothing and dispersing Qi is a new theory of reconstruction by modern scientific theories and methods.%[目的]研究疏泄一词的含义，明析肝主疏泄理论的形成发展过程。[方法]采用文献考察的方法，从肝主疏泄理论中“疏泄”一词的含义入手考察，分析含义背后的支撑理论。[结果]“肝主疏泄”具有3种含义：喜条达而恶抑郁；疏通、畅达（舒展、通畅）；排泄。背后的支撑理论分别为五行学说、气机理论、朱震亨“肝司疏泄”理论。3种含义支撑理论之间的关系：以五行学说解释肝主疏泄功能，其落脚点是气机理论；以气机解释“疏泄”与肝“司疏泄”理论有明显差异。[结论]肝主疏泄理论是一个由现代科学理论方法重构的新理论。
