艾灸肾俞穴对新兵军事训练疲劳恢复的影响

摘要

[Objective] To observe the effect of moxibustion on shenshu point on recruits military training fatigue recovery. [Methods] Sixty healthy male recruits were randomly divided into moxibustion group and blank group ,30 soldiers in each group.Moxibustion group received moxibustion at point Shenshu and blank group,no treatment. LDH, CK and T were measured in two groups before and after first treatment and last treatment. [Results] Compared with before treatment,the content of LDH in the two groups decreased after the first treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the last treatment,the lactate dehydrogenase levels of the two groups decreased to the normal level,and the levels of LDH in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment( P<0.05),and the content of LDH in moxibustion group was higher than that in blank group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the two groups,there were statistically significant differences in serum CK contents between before treatment and after last treatment(P<0.05). Comparing with the blank group,the serum CK in the moxibustion group were statistically significant lower than those in the blank group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum T between moxibustion group and blank group( P>0.05). [Conclusion]Moxibustion at point Shenshu can effectively promote the recovery of recruits military training fatigue. Its mechanism may be related to enhance LDH activity,reduce the CK.%[目的]观察艾灸肾俞穴对新兵军事训练疲劳恢复的影响.[方法]将60名男性新兵随机分为艾灸组和空白组,艾灸组予以艾灸双侧肾俞穴,隔日1次,疗程1个月;空白组仅训练,不做治疗.分别在入组时、第一次治疗后以及治疗后检测血乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、睾酮(T)含量.[结果]与治疗前比较,第一次治疗后两组LDH均降低,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束后,两组LDH均降至正常水平,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且艾灸组LDH高于空白组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组第一次治疗以及治疗结束后CK与入组时比较均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中艾灸组CK低于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]艾灸肾俞穴能促进新兵军事训练疲劳的恢复,其作用机制可能与增强乳酸脱氢酶活性,降低肌酸激酶有关.
