PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an acupuncturist to accurately grasp the degree of a patient's symptom in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, and to improve the treatment accuracy. SOLUTION: The degree of pre-treatment symptom of the patient, which is input based on the selection by the patient who receives the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment, from the index showing the degree of the symptom to be treated by the acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in a plurality of stages. Each of the corresponding pre-treatment index and the post-treatment index corresponding to the degree of post-treatment symptom is acquired, and is stored in the storage means in association with the treatment content in the treatment.
