沙俄末期斯托雷平政府①维稳述评

摘要

At the beginning of Twentieth Century, Russia erupted revolution that the Empire was in danger. Stolypin being in power, an able and intrepid man, wiped out the revolts cruelly, and suppressed Radicals with radical behavior as well as their radical requirement. At the same time, he curbed movements of national inde- pendence and national liberation in frontier area by autocratic policies. As a result, Stolypin succeeded in keep- ing the Empire, the Unified Russia in terms of territory, nation and culture.%20世纪初，俄国爆发了革命，沙俄帝国处于危亡当中。当政的官僚斯托雷平干练强悍，残酷地镇压了革命暴乱，拒绝了泛滥地激进要求并压制住了激进势力和行为；与此同时，利用专制权力，采用政治手段，坚决压制边疆民族地区的民族独立并口解放运动。斯托雷平的努力没有白费，维护了国家、民族的稳定和统一，暂时挽救了沙皇帝国。
