我国高校教师管理改革与学术职业发展走向的思考——基于中、美大学比较视野的审视

         

摘要

美国的高校教师管理制度促进了学术职业的健康发展,保证了大学教育质量的高水平。美国大学学术职业具有自身的优势和特点,多元化的大学教师任职方式和分类管理制度,代表着学术职业发展的方向,对我国高校教师管理与学术职业具有重要启示。针对学术职业改革,中国大学要建立良性的学术规范和学术管理制度,彰显学术至上、公平竞争的学术评价制度,保障学术自由、学术规范、学术责任的有机统一,维护学术职业的健康发展。%The college teacher management system in the United States promotes the healthy development of the academic profession and guarantees the high quality of education at the university level. It represents the direction of academic career development that the academic career with its own advantages and characteristics, diversified ways of serving teachers and the classified management system in the U.S.A., which have great inspiration to the academic profession for China's management of college teachers. For reform of the academic profession, Chinese Universities should establish a good academic standard and academic management system, highlight the evaluation system for academic study, fair competition, thus protecting academic freedom and guaranteeing the organic unity of academic responsibility with academic norms and maintaining the healthy development of the academic profession.
