高职酒店管理专业人才培养存在问题及对策研究——以惠州经济职业技术学院为例

With the rapid development of hotels and restaurants in Huizhou, the hotel industry has a growing demand for the professionals of it. However, the vocational college, the place where these professionals are trained, cannot meet this demand, due to the disjuncture of theoretical teaching and practice. For the sound development of hotel industry management specialty, vocational colleges should strengthen students＂ skill training and enhance the construction of vocational skilled teaching faculty.%随着惠州酒店业的快速发展，酒店行业对专业人才的需求也越来越大；而作为培养酒店人才的高职院校却没有紧跟行业发展，无法满足酒店需求，存在着人才培养与行业需求、理论教学与实践相脱节的问题。为促进酒店管理专业健康发展，高职院校应加强学生技能培养、加强技能型师资建设、采用实操演练式教学方法以及改进课程考核方式。
