正义、德性与乌托邦的社会构想--麦金太尔的德性正义论探微

摘要

Macintyre criticized contemporary liberal theories of justice represented by J.Rawls and R.Nozick.He then traced the four traditions and their viewpoints of justice.To escape from the predicament of competing and incompatible ideas of justice,he urged that a theory of virtue-justice be established through and upon the revival of traditional theories of virtue.On this basis,he proposed a theoretical conception of a just society,thereby completing his theory of virtue justice.%麦金太尔批判了以罗尔斯、诺齐克等为代表的当代自由主义正义理论，随后追溯了四大传统及其正义观。他主张要走出这种互竞正义观的困境，就是在复归德性论传统的基础上建构一种德性正义理论。以此为基础，他提出了一个公正社会的理论构想。至此，麦金太尔形成了他的整个德性正义论。
