中国改革开放40年的理论主题和实践主题就是中国特色社会主义.党的十八大开启了中国特色社会主义进入新时代的历史进程和新时代,但是中国特色社会主义主题没变,中国特色社会主义的实践特色、理论特色、制度特色、民族特色、时代特色的内涵更加丰富、特色却更加鲜明.研究和分析这些特色,对于我们探索和把握中国特色社会主义规律,开拓中国特色社会主义的新境界,书写好中国特色社会主义的新篇章具有重要的理论意义和实践价值.%Either theoretically or practically,the theme of China's 40-year reform and opening-up is socialism with Chinese characteristics.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has ushered in a new era and a new history of socialism with Chinese characteristics,but this theme has remained the same with richer implications of practical,theoretical,institutional,ethnic and historical features.The study and analysis of these features has great significance to the exploration and grasp of the law of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and helps open a new horizon in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
