提升公民科学素养是实现“中国梦”的前提

Scientific literacy is an important part of citizen quality, an internal condition for the development of science and technology and a key factor in the development of innovation. The realization of "Chinese Dream"relies on the quality of its people, on its scientific technology and innovational development. Therefore, the realization of "Chinese Dream" is the improvement of scientific literacy afoot, and enhancing citizen's scientific literacy is the premise of realizing the "Chinese Dream". At present, the level of citizen scientific literacy in China presents the problem of unbalanced development and low level of the whole. To enhance citizens' scientific literacy and realize "Chinese Dream", we should strengthen citizen’s scientific education and the popularization of science;establish a detection and evaluation mechanism, and cultivate citizen’s concept of lifelong learning and respecting science.%科学素养是人的素质的重要构成，是科学技术发展的内部条件，是创新发展的关键因素。实现“中国梦”，既离不开人的素质，又依靠科学技术，还需创新发展。因此，实现“中国梦”最终需落实到科学素养上来，提升公民科学素养是实现“中国梦”的前提。当前，我国公民科学素养水平呈现出发展不均衡不同步，整体水平低下的问题。提升公民科学素养，实现“中国梦”，需要加强公民科学素养建设，应着眼于加强科学教育、加大科普宣传和建立检测评估机制，着眼于树立终身学习和崇尚科学的理念。
