摘要

The cultural soft power is the core of national soft power factors .Nowadays , the cultural soft power is gradually be-coming the important source of national cohesion and creativity , and its role in the competition in overall national strength is also growing.By exploring the relationships between China cultural soft power and the China dream , the paper comes to the conclusion that the promotion of China cultural soft power is both the important content and assistance to the realization of China Dream .Based on these, relevant countermeasures are proposed .%文化软实力是国家软实力的核心因素。当今时代，文化软实力正逐步成为民族凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉，其在综合国力竞争中的作用也日益凸显。通过探究中国文化软实力与中国梦的关系，认为中国文化软实力的提升是实现中国梦的重要内容和重要动力；提出了提升中国文化软实力及其助力实现中国梦的相关对策。
