The author combined his own cabinet more than twenty years of experience in politics,recorded major court political events from Zhengtong 10 Years to Chenghua 4 Years,retained a number of government and anecdotes, judgments and cabinet minister of state regulation of anecdotes,revealed the internal and external problems and crises faced by the Ming court. It not only reflected the prevailing social conditions and the political environment, but also showed their diligent affairs,farsighted vision,and honest advice. Those works narrates in a simple and natural way with graceful words. It is worthy of our attention and deeper study.
