改革开放以来，我国的社会阶层构成发生了新的变化，出现了民营科技企业的创业人员和技术人员、受聘于外资企业的管理技术人员、个体户、私营企业主、中介组织的从业人员、自由职业人员等社会阶层。新社会阶层是在认可了其与工人阶级、农民阶级一起建设中国特色社会主义的主体关系的基础上而展开，所以要使学生正确认识阶级与阶层的关系对深入理解社会新阶层的问题至关重要。以往的学者对这个问题的看法存在着不完善的方面，笔者认为应该使用阶级分析的方法辩证地看待阶级与阶层的问题，两者是既对立又统一的关系。%Since the reform and opening up in China ,the structure of social stratum has changed ,and new social stratum has e‐merged ,such as business personnel of SME ,management personnel employed by foreign company ,free worker ,owners of pri‐vate enterprises ,intermediary organization personnel;freelancer ,etc .,to help worker and farmer build socialist with Chinese characteristics .So students should correctly know the relationship between class and stratum ,which could help them under‐stand the issue of new social stratum .There were imperfect understandings about class and stratum among researchers ,now we should look at the problem with the method of class analysis ,there is a united and opposite relationship between them .
