DS18B20数字温度传感器在晶体管PN结物理特性研究实验中的应用设计

摘要

On the base of the temperature sensor device DS18B20, we design a high accuracy digital tempera ture sensor device using the technology of the microcontroller and the C programming language. In the experi ment of the transistor PN junction, the high accuracy digital temperature sensor can be measure the tempera ture in a high accuracy range.%利用DS18B20温度传感器和单片机与C语言编程技术，设计出一种高精度、具有声音提示功能的数字化温度传感器．将该数字温度传感器应用到晶体管PN结物理特性研究实验中，解决了实验中的温度精确测量问题．
