浅析小说《德伯家的苔丝》中张力的运用

摘要

The tension is the concept of physics. And the concept of tension in the literature stems is from Anglo-American New Criticism. The tension in the novel can be understood as： the external manifestations and its essence of the characters are completely different and conflicting. As a result, the tension means that the muhi-faeeted real characters. Based on Tension theory, the article analyzed the three main characters of Tess ,to propose the literary value and its rich of the tension in Tess. It also provides a way of appreciation and creation of novel methods.%张力（Tension）本是物理学概念，文学中张力的概念源于英美新批评学派。小说中的张力可以理解为：人物的外在表现与其本质是完全不同、相互矛盾的。由此，张力意味着多面真实的人物形象。以张力理论为基础，旨在通过分析小说《德伯家的苔丝》中三个主要人物，阐述张力在这部小说中的文学价值及其丰富性。同时也提供了鉴赏和创作小说的一种方式方法。
