"丝绸之路"金融法律合作的问题必须要在全球性金融组织和法律法规的基础下进行,包括世界贸易组织、国际货币基金组织、世界银行等,并且要根据金融法律的地域特征进行."丝绸之路"金融法律的合作机制包括市场准入法律准侧、货币流通法律合作机制、外汇管制法律机制等等,在对"丝绸之路"的问题进行处理时,要将国内法律和全球金融法律结合,将国内法和区域性法律结合.%"Silk Road" financial legal cooperation must be carried out based on the global financial organization (including the WTO, IMF, World Bank) and the laws and regulations, which is also be considered according to the geographical characteristics of financial law. Cooperation mechanism of "Silk Road" financial laws includs market access for quasi-legal side, monetary circulation legal cooperation mechanisms, legal mechanisms of foreign exchange controls, etc.. When solving the "Silk Road" problem, the combination of domestic law and the global financial law, domestic law and regional laws is needed.
