普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的疗效观察及护理

摘要

目的：总结口服盐酸普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤的方法、疗效及护理经验。方法21例血管瘤婴幼儿口服盐酸普萘洛尔，密切观察患儿的精神、呼吸、心率、血压、腹泻及瘤体的颜色、张力、表面温度，针对不良反应给予对症处理。结果21例婴幼儿血管瘤都得到了有效控制，心率改变、血压改变、腹泻等不良反应得到及时处理。结论口服小剂量盐酸普萘洛尔治疗婴幼儿血管瘤疗效明显，不良反应轻。用药期间剂量的掌握，瘤体及药物不良反应的观察，耐心细致的护理对患儿的康复至关重要。%Objective To summarize the use and efficacy of oral propranolol during the treatment of infantile he-mangioma and nursing skills involved.Methods A total of 21 hemangioma patients were orally administrated with prop-ranolol.Then, their general condition, respiration, heart rate, blood pressure, diarrhea, and the color, tension, surface temperature of the hemangioma were observed.Meanwhile, timely treatment was provided in case of adverse reactions. Results All child patients were effectively treated, while the changes in heart rate, blood pressure, diarrhea and other adverse reactions were timely treated.Conclusions A small oral dose of propranolol shows obvious efficacy during treat-ment of infantile hemangioma, with less adverse reactions.During treatment, more attentions should be drawn on drug dosage, while careful observation and nursing are required.
