Objective To analyze the epidemiology of Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection in children inpatients of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University, and provide evidence for diagnosis and treatment. Methods MP antibody was detected by passive agglutination method in 5 173 children inpatients aging 0 to 14 years who were diagnosed with lower respiratory tract infection from October 2016 to September 2017. Then, the epidemiology of MP infection was analyzed. Results The MP antibody positive rate was 25. 44％ in the patients, where the positive rate was 28. 93％ for girls and 23. 17％ for boys (P＜0. 01). The MP positive rate was increased as the age increased. The positive rate of MP antibody was 30. 70％ in summer and autumn, and 20. 07％ in winter and spring (P ＜0. 01). The highest positive rate of MP antibody was found in patients with lobar pneumonia. The infection rate of MP- antibody - positive patients with other respiratory pathogens was 30. 47％. Conclusions MP infection in children inpatients of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University differs in gender, age and season, where the mixed infection rate with other respiratory tract pathogens is high.%目的 分析徐州医科大学附属医院住院儿童肺炎支原体(MP)感染的流行情况,为临床诊治提供参考.方法 对2016年10月-2017年9月我院确诊为下呼吸道感染的0～14岁住院患儿5 173例取静脉血,采用被动凝集法检测MP抗体,并分析MP感染的流行病学.结果 5 173例患儿MP阳性率为25. 44％,其中女性患儿阳性率28. 93％,高于男性的23. 17％(P＜0. 01);随着年龄的增长MP阳性率逐渐上升;夏秋季节MP阳性率30. 70％,高于冬春季节的20. 07％ (P＜0. 01);大叶性肺炎的MP阳性率最高;阳性患儿中合并其他病原体感染率为30. 47％.结论 徐州医科大学附属医院住院儿童MP感染在性别、年龄及季节上均存在差异,混合感染率高.
