通过问卷调查和个别访谈的方式对某校高中生的英语阅读焦虑现状进行了调查研究,并对学生英语阅读焦虑与学生性别、英语阅读能力的关系进行了相关分析。研究结果表明:高中生普遍存在着较高的英语阅读焦虑情绪,且阅读焦虑与学生性别无显著关系,而与学生的阅读能力之间呈显著的负相关关系。在此基础之上,进一步分析了高中生英语阅读焦虑产生的原因,并提出相应的缓解策略。%This paper investigates English reading anxiety of senior middle students through questionnaire and interview and analyses the relation between English reading anxiety and gender and English reading ability.The research result shows that the senior middle students usually have high English reading anxiety and their reading anxiety has not marked relation to the gender,but is markedly negatively related to the reading ability.On this base,it analyses the reasons for English reading anxiety and puts forward some suggestions.
