产学研结合应用型人才培养模式探索与实践--以蚌埠学院环境科学专业为例

摘要

According to the problems existing in the application—oriented talent training of environment science specialty and based on the real condition of Bengbu College,this paper introduces the attempt and exploration of application—oriented training model by combi—nation of industry—learning—research. The practice shows that the reform has achieved good effect and effectively improves studentsˊemployment competitiveness and job suitability.%针对环境科学专业在培养应用型人才方面存在的问题，结合蚌埠学院实际情况，介绍了环境科学专业在产学研合作教育培养应用型人才方面的尝试和探索。实践结果表明，人才培养模式改革取得了良好的效果，有效地提高了学生的就业竞争力和岗位适应能力。
