试论毛泽东关于人才教育和培养的思想

摘要

毛泽东关于人才教育和培养的思想包括人才教育和培养的标准、原则、途径、内容和前提等诸多方面。这些思想都是毛泽东人学思想的精华,也是毛泽东建党思想和治国思想的重要组成部分。但同时,我们也应该看到毛泽东人才观的实践也出现了一些失误,有其历史局限性,特别是他晚年受到＂左＂的错误的影响,导致在知识分子的认识上出现了偏差,给我国的人才队伍建设造成了很大的负面影响。但是,瑕不掩瑜,毛泽东关于人才教育和培养的思想是马克思主义人学在中国获得创新发展的重大理论成果,对于推动马克思主义中国化具有十分重要的历史意义,对社会主义现代化建设也具有很强的现实意义。%In the process of Chinese revolution and construction,MAO Ze-dong always adhered to the principle of proceeding from reality,attached importance to the education and cultivation of talents,and formed with Chinese characteristics of Marxist view on talents.MAO Ze-dong Thought on education and cultivation of talents includes standards,principles,ways,contents and premise,etc..These ideas are the essence of MAO Ze-dong's humanism thought,and an important part of MAO Ze-dong's Party-building and state-governing thought,which have made a great contribution to Chinese Marxism and have a strong practical significance for the construction of the socialist modernization.
