《食品理化分析》实验课的改革与实践

摘要

In Food Physical and Chemical Analysis experiment teaching , our school through the adjustment of teaching content , by multi way to strengthen students experiment skill training , reform the examination mode and other measures , the overall quality and compre-hensive skills of students have obtained comprehensive training and enhancement , and achieved better effect of the reform .%在《食品理化分析》实验教学中，通过调整实验教学内容，多途径强化学生实验技能训练，改革考核方式等措施，使学生整体素质及综合技能得到全面培养和提高，取得了较好的改革效果。
