The present invention relates to a science experiment textbook including: an experiment goal publication unit for experiment goal publication; an experiment preparation publication unit having a QR code, a corresponding experiment video being played back when the QR code is shot with a smartphone; an experiment publication unit arousing interest in and understanding of science technology based on a combination of science, technology, engineering, arts, and math and giving convergence thinking based on science technology; a concept summary publication unit for brief and easily-understood summary of important details; an experiment principle publication unit contributing to the understanding of an experiment by providing an experiment principle and allowing the experiment to be predicted and basic design knowledge to be accumulated; and an experiment report publication unit for summarizing one′s own thoughts after the experiment. The present invention further includes a unit evaluation publication unit for the evaluation of understanding by unit.
