基于高职学生学习特征的阶段化教学模式研究--以汽车类专业课程教学实践为例

         

摘要

分析了高职院校的生源组成结构与学生学习特征,在此基础上,本着“教学做”合一、“学生为主体”的理念,将教学过程划分为八个教学阶段,进一步分析了各教学阶段的目的、特点与教学活动,最后以汽车推销技巧课程的具体教学为例,进行了教学模式的实践示范。%The structure and learning characteristics of students' in the higher vocational colleges are analyzed; based on this, the teaching process is divided into eight stages, in line with teaching concept of"the combination of teaching, learning and doing","the student as the main body";the purpose, features and teaching activities of each stage is analyzed;at last, the mode is practiced in the teaching of the vehicle sales skills as a demonstration.
